Job Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and guide customers through our dessert menu
• Share and promote our latest specials or ongoing promotions 
• Take and process customer orders accurately via POS system
• Recommend signature desserts and drinks to enhance the dining experience and support upselling
• Communicate with warmth and positivity, maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and order coordination
• Anticipate and fulfil customer needs promptly
• Maintain good grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stock checks
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Take on cross-training opportunities and additional tasks when required
• Report any feedback, suggestions, or issues to the supervisor promptly
