<h3>Job Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Warmly welcome and guide customers through our dessert menu</li>
<li>Share and promote our latest specials or ongoing promotions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Take and process customer orders accurately via POS system</li>
<li>Recommend signature desserts and drinks to enhance the dining experience and support upselling</li>
<li>Communicate with warmth and positivity, maintaining excellent customer service standards</li>
<li>Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and order coordination</li>
<li>Anticipate and fulfil customer needs promptly</li>
<li>Maintain good grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management and stock checks</li>
<li>Perform opening and closing duties as assigned</li>
<li>Take on cross-training opportunities and additional tasks when required</li>
<li>Report any feedback, suggestions, or issues to the supervisor promptly</li>
