Job Description

• Oversee daily operations within the warehouse, including receiving, packing, and shipping of goods(fulfillment of customers’ orders) to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff and drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, finance, inventory control, and logistics for stocks ordering and ensure inventory level is optimised, minimize stock shortages or overages, and facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other technology tools to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, generate reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent. With related discipline with 1 year related working experience.
• SPM holder with minimum 5 years of related working experience will also be considered.
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS), inventory systems, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Word.
• Meticulous, attentive to details and disciplined.
