About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on and driven Production Supervisor to lead our CNC machining operations and ensure smooth daily production, high product quality, and continuous process improvement.

You will play a key role in managing production performance, leading shop floor teams, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

⚙️ Production Operations & Planning

Lead and supervise daily CNC machining operations.

Plan, schedule, and allocate jobs based on production priorities.

Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues promptly.

Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.

Ensure smooth availability of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP).

🎯 Quality & Compliance

Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Conduct production inspections, process verification, and Gemba walks.

Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, quality systems, and company policies.

Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.

👥 Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop operators, machinists, and technicians.

Train new employees on machine operation, safety, and standard procedures.

Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training programs.

Foster a positive, disciplined, and safety-focused working environment.

📊 Performance Monitoring

Set and communicate production targets.

Track productivity, quality, downtime, and operational KPIs.

Prepare reports and provide performance updates to management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

✅ Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field 

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining or precision cutting tools manufacturing.

✅ At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

✅ Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

✅ Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving skills.

✅ Knowledge of CNC machining processes, quality inspection, ISO standards, and manufacturing best practices.

✅ Strong communication, team management, and decision-making abilities.

✅ Experience with 5S, continuous improvement, and production optimization initiatives.

✅ Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
