<h4>Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues promptly.</h4>
<h4>Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.</h4>
<h4>Ensure smooth availability of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP).</h4>

<h4>Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.</h4>
<h4>Conduct production inspections, process verification, and Gemba walks.</h4>
<h4>Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</h4>
<h4>Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, quality systems, and company policies.</h4>
<h4>Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.</h4>
