This role combines business acumen with strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions, identify growth opportunities, and improve member engagement and retention across the ecosystem. Duties:1. Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare, coordinate , analyze KPIs and performance metrics across department level and liaise with key stakeholders to monitor and execute the business plan.</li><li>Develop, generate and maintain dashboards and regular reports for internal and external stakeholders to monitor business performance and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Conduct ROI analysis for revenue initiative, campaign, promotions, partnerships, and program enhancements.</li></ul>2. Data Analytics &amp; Insights<ul><li>Work directly with business teams to support on data set requests to for business needs.</li><li>Interpret customer and transactional data to uncover trends, opportunities, and pain points.</li><li>Generate actionable insights to improve personalization, customer segmentation, and member lifecycle strategies.</li><li>Partner with data teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data via available tools and maintain the data platform to maximise the usage.</li><li>Support the development of program, campaign, event, promotion by providing data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Evaluate the success of program, campaigns and suggest optimization tactics.</li><li>Benchmark performance against industry best practices and competitor programs</li></ul>3. Data Governance Implementation &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Responsible for supporting the implementation and enforcement of data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across the organization.</li><li>Driving data stewardship, defining standards, and enabling trustworthy data usage for business decision-making, reporting, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Support the rollout of data governance policies, procedures, and best practices across business units.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the organization’s data governance framework, including data ownership, stewardship, and data lifecycle management.</li><li>Ensure data governance processes are aligned with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA) and corporate compliance standards.</li><li>Support audits and data-related risk assessments, including documentation and remediation tracking.</li></ul>4. Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and tech teams to align on business goals and deliver insights that support decision-making.</li><li>Work with data stewards, system owners, IT, compliance, and business users to ensure proper handling and usage of data.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors or analytics partners as needed.</li></ul> <h4>Requirements</h4> <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.</li><li>2–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business performance, or customer loyalty.</li><li>Proficient in data tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI; experience with CRM or loyalty platforms is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering insights and solving problems. Preferred Attributes:</li><li>Experience in retail, payment or lifestyle loyalty programs.</li><li>Familiarity with customer segmentation, RFM modeling, and predictive analytics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects and work under tight timelines.</li><li>Exposure to data strategy or enterprise data initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data.</li></ul>
