Supernova Academy Inc., a U.S.-based medical education technology company, is establishing its presence in Malaysia and is seeking an experienced Malaysian Director & Strategic Business Advisor to support our local operations and growth.

This is an opportunity to join an innovative company at an early stage of its Malaysian expansion and help build relationships across education, healthcare, technology, universities, and government-related organizations.

Ideal Candidate

• Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia. 
• Experienced professional, entrepreneur, executive, or former senior manager. 
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian business environment. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Existing networks within education, healthcare, technology, government, or corporate sectors are highly desirable. 
• Comfortable working with an international technology company and operating independently. 
• Prior experience serving as a company director is an advantage. 

What We Offer

• Part-time position with flexible engagement. 
• Initial commitment of approximately 5–10 hours per month. 
• RM500/month, with potential for expanded compensation as the role and business-development responsibilities grow.

Job Requirements

• Serve as a local Malaysian company director and provide appropriate corporate oversight. 
• Represent Supernova Academy in selected local business and institutional engagements. 
• Develop and leverage relationships with universities, healthcare organizations, technology companies, and government agencies. 
• Support business development, partnerships, pilots, and market expansion in Malaysia. 
• Provide strategic guidance on Malaysian business practices, opportunities, and partnerships. 
• Participate in periodic management and strategic meetings.
