<li>Preparing, arranging, and coordinating document and stocks for shipping and freight arrangement for East Malaysia</li>
<li>Coordinate with sales staff for stock ordering and new stock distribution.</li>
<li>Provides support to sales and marketing staff by interacting frequently with graphics, printing, and coordinate with the sales staff's needs.</li>
<li>Assists on the requests for proposals and quotation.</li>
<li>Provides support to sales staff in daily documentation and reports.</li>
<li>Preparing and updating monthly sales report for all counter and events.</li>
<li>Preparing Purchase Order for marketing procurement.</li>
