Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was originally established in year 2018 as Synergy Alliance Marketing &amp; Events Sdn. Bhd. Before the pandemic, our company's primary focus was on digital marketing and events. However, we faced numerous challenges in carrying out marketing activities during this period.
In year 2022, the founder of our company, Dr. Alex Fong, decided to shift our focus to developing BigPos, a point-of-sale solution that revolutionizes retail operations. This strategic move led to our rebranding as Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
&nbsp;Our headquarters is located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, and we have expanded our presence with branches in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor, Pahang, Sabah, and Sarawak. Internationally, we have extended our reach to Singapore, Thailand, and Australia.&nbsp;

Job Description:
The intern’s main job is to assist Sales Manager in sales related matters such as preparing of quotation and invoice, sales reports and stock inventory. The Intern will be responsible for fulfilling tasks assigned by the Sales Manager. The tasks assigned can be of daily routines as well as on an ad-hoc basis.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
Achievement

<li>Timely completion of tasks assigned by superior.</li>
<li>Timely completion of reports including sales activities report, CRM activity report and showroom/office inventory report.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist sales team members by making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.</li>
<li>Assist sales team members by answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information to them.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking of the office/showroom’s stock inventory.</li>
<li>Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.</li>
<li>Taking care of the office/showroom and attending to walk-in visitors.</li>
<li>Perform sales canvassing at designated areas. (Optional)</li>
<li>Perform system demonstrations and close sales. (Optional)</li>
</ul>
Administration
<ul>
<li>Work closely with superior to ensure stock inventory is always at a healthy level.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for administration work in the office.</li>
<li>Ensure showroom's demo systems are in good working condition for any ad-hoc demo. (Not applicable for Johor branch)</li>
<li>Responsible for cleanliness of the office/showroom.</li>
<li>Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct superior or the management.</li>
