Explore CRM Services & Solutions

Gain knowledge and broaden expertise in CRM services and solutions, such as:

• Community management initiatives
• Loyalty program design and implementation
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) utilization

Enhance visibility within the CRM ecosystem across diverse media channels. Provide recommendations on the most effective CRM services and solutions.

CRM Project Management

Offer support in CRM project management through activities including:

• Preparing pre-audit documentation and conducting proposal research
• Contributing to project proposal development and pitching efforts
• Building expertise in CRM project management, covering contests, loyalty programs, and membership schemes

Community & Customer Engagement

Strengthen community management by driving engagement, activation, lead generation, and brand development. Compile social media analytics reports with insights on competitors, products, and brand performance. Assist in customer service initiatives, including handling message responses, managing inbound/outbound calls, and supporting chatbot training.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or a related field.
   
• Passionate about marketing.
   
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
   
• Detail-oriented, organized, people-friendly, and with a good personality.
   
• Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
