We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented KOL &amp; Affiliate Marketing Specialist to lead and execute influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales performance across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, experienced in managing influencer relationships, and capable of developing strategic collaborations that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience.
<ins>Key Responsibilities </ins>
<ul>
<li>Plan, execute, and optimize KOL/influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify, source, evaluate, and recruit suitable influencers, affiliates, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with the company’s branding and target market.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with influencers, affiliates, agencies, and content creators for ongoing collaborations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end influencer campaign processes including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content coordination, approvals, payment tracking, and reporting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate affiliate marketing programs, monitor affiliate performance, and ensure affiliates are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, conversion rates, ROI, and audience insights using relevant analytics tools and platforms.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the social media, content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure all influencer and affiliate content aligns with brand identity and campaign direction.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends, viral content, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative campaign ideas.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize product seeding, PR gifting, event invitations, and promotional activities involving influencers and affiliates.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experiment with different content formats, audience targeting strategies, promotional mechanics, and call-to-action (CTA) approaches to improve campaign results.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all influencer and affiliate activities comply with company policies, campaign timelines, and marketing objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of influencer databases, campaign performance, affiliate tracking, and collaboration history.</li>
