Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to support daily marketing execution across TikTok, e-commerce platforms, and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, loves social media, and is interested in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content & Social Media (TikTok Focus)
  • Plan and execute TikTok content strategy (organic & ads support)
  • Work closely with internal teams, creators & affiliates on content output
  • Brief, review, and optimize content (hooks, angles, messaging)
  • Identify trending formats & adapt quickly
  1. Campaign & Promotion & Performance Support
  • Support all digital platforms campaigns including in-house LIVE events.
  • Assist in planning and campaign executions (e.g. Raya, Payday, Mega Sales)
  • Ensure alignment between marketing push and sales targets
  • Assist in internal communication such as align stock, pricing & messaging
  1. Branding & Messaging Support
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, including websites, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
  • Assist in developing USP communication
  • Support new product or line launches, as well as website or social media relaunches
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure visuals and content align with brand identity
  1. Creator & Affiliate Management
  • Source, onboard, and manage creators/affiliates
  • Track performance (views, CTR, GMV contribution)
  • Guide creators on LIVE selling and content direction
  1. Administrative & Operations Support
  • Assist in arranging customer orders and basic customer service inquiries
  • Handle simple coordination tasks across internal teams
  • Monitor daily sales & campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in marketing / e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem & trends
  • Experience in beauty / skincare is a big advantage
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing / ads, Basic Canva and content editing skills
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Fast-paced, proactive, and execution-focused
