Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to support daily marketing execution across TikTok, e-commerce platforms, and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, loves social media, and is interested in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Content &amp; Social Media (TikTok Focus)</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute TikTok content strategy (organic &amp; ads support)</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams, creators &amp; affiliates on content output</li>
<li>Brief, review, and optimize content (hooks, angles, messaging)</li>
<li>Identify trending formats &amp; adapt quickly</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Campaign &amp; Promotion &amp; Performance Support</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Support all digital platforms campaigns including in-house LIVE events.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and campaign executions (e.g. Raya, Payday, Mega Sales)</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between marketing push and sales targets</li>
<li>Assist in internal communication such as align stock, pricing &amp; messaging</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Branding &amp; Messaging Support</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, including websites, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels</li>
<li>Assist in developing USP communication</li>
<li>Support new product or line launches, as well as website or social media relaunches</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers to ensure visuals and content align with brand identity</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Creator &amp; Affiliate Management</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Source, onboard, and manage creators/affiliates</li>
<li>Track performance (views, CTR, GMV contribution)</li>
<li>Guide creators on LIVE selling and content direction</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Administrative &amp; Operations Support</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Assist in arranging customer orders and basic customer service inquiries</li>
<li>Handle simple coordination tasks across internal teams</li>
<li>Monitor daily sales &amp; campaign performance and prepare basic reports</li>
</ul>
