Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads (if applicable)
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
- Optimize landing pages, creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rate
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing goals
- Track leads and sales via pixels, tags, and analytics tools
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and market trends
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in performance or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Business Manager
- Google Ads & Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to ROI
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
