Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote HRDF training programs, events, and company services.
   
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
   
• Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
   
• Manage social media, website content, and email marketing to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
   
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates.
   
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
   
• Lead or mentor marketing team members and ensure timely campaign execution.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
   
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
   
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
   
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
   
• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting performance metrics.
   
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
