About the role The Senior Conference Producer is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of HRD Corp-claimable training programs, conferences, and public workshops. This role oversees end-to-end program production, ensures full compliance with HRD Corp guidelines, manages multiple stakeholders, and delivers high-quality learning and event experiences. The position also supports business development initiatives and provides leadership to junior team members.

<ins>Key Responsibilities:</ins>
<ol>
<li>Lead the end-to-end development and execution of high-impact, HRD Corp-claimable conferences, training programs, and public workshops — from concept design and program structuring to full operational delivery.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Act as the "Content Lead" during the event, managing speakers on-site and ensuring the program runs seemlessly.</li>
<li>Ensure all programs meet HRD Corp compliance, eligibility, and documentation standards.</li>
<li>Prepare, compile, and submit post-event reports, including attendance records, participant feedback, and HRD claims documentation.</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, trainers, speakers, clients etc.</li>
<li>Conduct profitability studies to determine the commercial viability of a topic, managing the full Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statement for each project.</li>
<li>Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure seamless program delivery.</li>
<li>Lead in proposal development, program design, and client communications to support sales and partnership opportunities.</li>
</ol>
