PADINI began as a backend operation in Malaysia’s apparel industry, manufacturing, trading and supplying garments to order for retailers and distributors. Today, Padini has become a brand leader in the distribution and retailing of its own fashion labels through 330 freestanding stores, franchises and consignment counters. Padini has also proudly carried the Made­in­Malaysia stamp abroad, with its products exports to Thailand, Brunei, Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, Egypt, Oman, UAE and Indonesia.

Our Story

<p><strong>The Position </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee nomination and confirmation processes for training programs, ensuring timely coordination with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Evaluate, negotiate, and select training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.</li>
<li>Manage external training applications, including registrations and training bond agreements.</li>
<li>Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.</li>
<li>Plan and maintain training calendars aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Take ownership of training logistics, including venue setup, materials, vendors, and billing.</li>
<li>Organize team-building activities, tournaments, and employee engagement events.</li>
<li>Collect and analyze pre- and post-training feedback; track training effectiveness using KPIs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance and other departments on training-related payments.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and improvement of training materials and interactive learning methods (e-learning, webinars, workshops).</li>
<li>Support internal communication by highlighting training initiatives in newsletters.</li>
</ul>
