<p>Tapway is transforming brick-and-mortar business with end-to-end tracking solutions powered by AI and Big Data technologies.</p>
<p>Thus, we are looking for an Technical Support Engineer to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee ANPR system operations, ensuring smooth functionality of both hardware and software.</li>
<li>Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate troubleshooting efforts and assign tasks to technical support staff.</li>
<li>Liaise with the mall’s facility management team and vendors for maintenance and repair schedules.</li>
<li>Liaise with Tapway’s personnel for knowledge transfer and L3 troubleshooting / rectification</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with SLAs, uptime requirements, and incident response times.</li>
<li>Provide weekly/monthly reports on system performance, issues encountered, and resolution actions.</li>
<li>Conduct training and guidance for junior technical support staff.</li>
<li>Document system updates, fixes, and modifications for reference.</li>
