<p>Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our research and development team. Thus, we are looking for a Project Management Engineering Intern to join our talented team. Responsibilities include:</p>
<p><strong>Procurement and Documentation Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work as Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator on assisting the Project Manager in managing procurement processes and documentation</li>
<li>Prepare and review purchase orders, variance order, delivery order ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Track and monitor procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in the creation of project reports, meeting minutes, and progress update materials.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Support Assistance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide ad hoc assistance to the Technical Support Engineer in handling client support tickets.</li>
<li>Triage incoming support tickets, ensuring they are categorized and prioritized appropriately.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide status updates.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Technical Support Engineer to resolve issues and close tickets in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>
