Join our dynamic and fast-growing company as a Senior Marketing Executive, where you'll spearhead our marketing efforts and shape the future of our brand. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead our marketing initiatives with the exciting opportunity to take part in the launching of our new products this year. <h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>
Strategic Marketing Leadership
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals.</li>
<li>Oversee both traditional and digital marketing initiatives, including new media operations.</li>
<li>Support the sales team and collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales &amp; customer service) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and maximize business impact.</li>
</ul>
Digital Marketing Management
<ul>
<li>Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads) for maximum ROI.</li>
<li>Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.</li>
<li>Create comprehensive content calendars and strategies tailored to target audiences on appropriate platforms.</li>
</ul>
Content Creation &amp; Brand Management
<ul>
<li>Collaborate on producing engaging content, such as videos, infographics, etc. ensuring all materials are SEO-optimized and aligned with brand messaging and audience needs.</li>
<li>Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.</li>
<li>Oversee brand management efforts to strengthen the company’s market presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.</li>
</ul>
Market Research &amp; Analytics
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor key digital marketing KPIs and metrics, such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.</li>
<li>Prepare regular analytics and performance reports, using data insights to continuously improve campaigns and inform decision-making.</li>
</ul>
Vendor Coordination
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing activities and campaigns as needed.</li>
</ul>
Budget &amp; Cost Management
<ul>
<li>Oversee marketing and digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.</li>
<li>Optimize spending and implement effective cost control strategies to maximize results within budget constraints.</li>
</ul>
