<p>We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented <strong>Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive</strong> to join our team in <strong>Petaling Jaya Branch</strong>. If you're seeking a challenge and a broad experience in corporate affairs, search no more!</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preparing directors' resolutions, members' resolutions, and other corporate documents for clients.</li>
<li>Dealings with SSM and other regulatory bodies.</li>
<li>In charge of handling clients' secretarial records.</li>
<li>Supporting the planning and execution of General Meetings for clients.</li>
<li>Preparing Annual Returns, SSM forms, bank documents, letters in relation to corporate exercises.</li>
<li>Providing advisory services to clients on matters relating to the Companies Act, 2016.</li>
<li>Promptly respond to client's inquiries and emails.</li>
<li>Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary and undertaking general administrative tasks as needed.</li>
</ul>
