JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible and accountable for achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated area.
- Develop and implement designated area sales plans to grow market share.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence feedback.
- Managing & improving stocks display whenever possible.
- Ensuring market returns are within company’s guidelines.
- Ensure timely credit collection and resolve related issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing ideas and actively participating in trade events,roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports for management review.
- Able to travel outstation when required (Travelling within Penang-Kedah)

Requirements
Candidate must possess at min SPM Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Min 2 years related working experience in FMCG industry,
Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive working attitude
Must possess own transport
