<li>Responsible and accountable for achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated area.</li>
<li>Develop and implement designated area sales plans to grow market share.</li>
<li>Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers.</li>
<li>Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence feedback.</li>
<li>Managing &amp; improving stocks display whenever possible.</li>
<li>Ensuring market returns are within company’s guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensure timely credit collection and resolve related issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing ideas and actively participating in trade events,roadshows, and promotional campaigns.</li>
<li>Prepare sales reports for management review.</li>
<li>Candidates must be based in Penang or Kedah. Willingness to travel outstation as needed. (Travelling within Penang-Kedah)</li>
<li>Strong product knowledge is highly required.&nbsp;</li>
