We're seeking a CRM Marketing Intern to join our digital growth team at TDG. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the fundamentals of CRM and marketing automation. You will support the team in executing, analyzing, and maintaining our customer communication platforms, with a focus on marketing execution and customer engagement.

<li>⁠Campaign Support: Assist the team in the setup, testing, and deployment of scheduled messaging and email campaigns (e.g., using SleekFlow, Manychat, Mailchimp).</li>
<li>Customer Segmentation: Help prepare and refine basic audience lists for targeting specific customer segments in campaigns.</li>
<li>Automation Monitoring: Assist in monitoring existing customer journey flows and trigger-based communications, flagging any potential issues for the team.</li>
<li>Reporting Support: Help compile basic performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click rates, conversion data) from marketing platforms into organized spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).</li>
