Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our growing team! This is a junior-level position, perfect for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting. Please note that this role involves quite a lot of data entry, so accuracy and attention to detail are very important.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions and documents
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and other accounting records
- Support month-end closing activities and basic reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Work closely with the Finance team on daily operational tasks
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient inn Microsoft Excel (experience with SQL Accounting Software is a plus!)
- Must be a team-player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
