Job Description
As the Building Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will ensure that our unit is in tip top condition. You will focus on coordinating, hands-on work, and client servicing. Your work will directly impact the quality of the designer units. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us. What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with the technicians, clients, tenants, and building management to carry out maintenance work
- Work on processing warranty claims
- Conduct site inspection and perform minor repair work (eg. plumbing and wiring; training will be provided)
- Schedule, apply permit, and make quotations
- Schedule for repairing work, site inspection and restaging work
- Oversee and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time
Working Arrangement:
On-site. Work closely with our Tenancy Executives, Operation Executives and Site Officers.
Job Requirements
- Background/interest in renovation, maintenance, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
- Good organization and planning skills
- Strong project management and client servicing skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Have your own car (You will be traveling from site to site!)
