Role Description:
<ul>
<li>This is a full-time, on-site role for a Math Teacher. (Potentially to bework from home (WFH) after 6 months of employment and upon meeting specific performance criteria.)</li>
<li>The teacher will be responsible for delivering lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum (all teaching materials will be provided), conducting regular lessons, providing one-on-one teaching services, and maintaining effective communication with students and parents.</li>
<li>The primary teaching language will be English.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Teach mathematics remotely using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.</li>
<li>Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum and instructional guidance.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and inclusive online classroom environment for up to 18 students, encouraging active participation and collaborative learning.</li>
<li>Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely, personalized feedback to both students and parents.</li>
<li>Grade homework assignments and offer additional academic support as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in other teaching-related activities, including but not limited to conducting diagnostic assessments for new students.</li>
