Job Description
- Receive and resolve enquiries by customers and dealers either walk-in or over phone
- Receive and prepare job sheet for watches/clocks received by hand or courier
- Monitor to ensure timely delivery of repaired/serviced watches/clocks back to customers and dealers
- Handle over-the-counter operation, billing & receive payment
- Prepare periodic reports
- Keep record and filing
- Any other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent preferably with experience in Customer Service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & computer literate, working experience in Autocount accounting software with e-invoicing is preferred
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Preferably conversant in local Chinese dialects to effectively communicate with Chinese dialect-speaking customers & dealers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-disciplined, task-oriented and independent
- Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply
