<li>Assist in processing company and project-related expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and organize accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents for internal review and external audits.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the preparation of financial reports, expense summaries, and data consolidation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with procurement-related documentation and contract payment tracking.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate financial documentation and liaise with external accounting firms, internal departments, and management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide general finance and administrative support, while contributing to process improvements in document management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.<br></li>
