Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and analyze consumer behavior using advanced analytics tools.
• Support the design and implementation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Ensure cohesive messaging that aligns with brand identity.
• Create engaging, personalized content for various platforms including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites. 
• Manage daily administrative tasks within the marketing department to ensure smooth operations. This includes coordinating meetings, tracking project timelines, and maintaining documentation.
• Gather and interpret data on sales metrics and campaign performance to optimize future efforts. 
• Assist in organizing promotional events and activities that align with marketing objectives. 
• Ensure all events are well-planned and executed to maximize brand exposure.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, enabling effective communication in a diverse work environment.
• Knowledge in digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., SEO/SEM).
• Possess analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Strong proficiency in using modern digital tools and applications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and web analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with all level professionals.
