About the Role

This role focuses on digital marketing execution and campaign support, with close collaboration across content, PR, and e-commerce teams. You’ll help plan, execute, and optimize marketing activities across digital channels while supporting brand visibility and growth in international markets (US & Europe).

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing work, campaign execution, and learning how digital strategies translate into traffic, engagement, and sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and e-commerce platforms
• Assist in planning and implementing monthly promotions and marketing initiatives
• Support PR and influencer coordination activities, including liaising with influencers, assisting with campaign execution, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups
• Manage customer enquiries via email, DMs, and WhatsApp
• Monitor competitor activities such as pricing, content style, and promotions to support campaign planning.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce are preferred, though fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage effectively with international and multicultural stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Familiar with digital tools and platforms (social media, basic analytics, e-commerce tools) 
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated, and a team player
