&nbsp;• Manage sales activities and handle customer inquiries across online and offline channels • Plan, manage, and grow social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others) • Create engaging content using Canva, CapCut, and other design and video editing tools • Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotional strategies • Support and participate in live streaming sessions for product promotion and sales conversion • Assist in digital marketing planning, content scheduling, and execution • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities • Monitor, analyse, and report social media performance and campaign effectiveness • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms • Collaborate with the team on campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities • Support daily marketing and operational tasks as required • Manage customer engagement and communication across digital platforms&nbsp;
