We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock &amp; Inventory Executive to manage and support daily inventory operations in our Sabah location. This role is critical in ensuring stock accuracy, timely replenishment, and smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and sales teams.
The ideal candidate is methodical, organised, and comfortable working with physical stock, documentation, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and manage daily stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy at all times.</li>
<li>Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring quantities and conditions match delivery documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate stock movement for inbound and outbound inventory, including transfers and deliveries.</li>
<li>Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and stock audits; investigate and report discrepancies.</li>
<li>Maintain proper inventory records, both physical and system-based.</li>
<li>Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to support order fulfilment and stock planning.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain inventory-related documentation, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Stock reports</li>
<li>Goods Received Notes (GRN)</li>
<li>Delivery Orders (DO)</li>
<li>Stock adjustment records</li>
</ul>
<li>Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of inventory in accordance with company standards.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to inventory control and warehouse management.</li>
