We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock & Inventory Executive to manage and support daily inventory operations in our Sabah location. This role is critical in ensuring stock accuracy, timely replenishment, and smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate is methodical, organised, and comfortable working with physical stock, documentation, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring quantities and conditions match delivery documents.
• Coordinate stock movement for inbound and outbound inventory, including transfers and deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and stock audits; investigate and report discrepancies.
• Maintain proper inventory records, both physical and system-based.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to support order fulfilment and stock planning.
• Prepare and maintain inventory-related documentation, including:
• Stock reports
• Goods Received Notes (GRN)
• Delivery Orders (DO)
• Stock adjustment records
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of inventory in accordance with company standards.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to inventory control and warehouse management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and documentation.
• Basic understanding of inventory management processes and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting; experience with inventory systems or ERP software is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse or stockroom environment when required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet operational deadlines.
• Good communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
