<li>Oversee a team of product management, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and guidance to achieve product objectives.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of escalation for complex product or transaction issues.</li>
<li>Work closely with business, technical, and operations teams to align product functionality with organizational needs.</li>
<li>Liaise with customer support, marketing, and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure cohesive product messaging and delivery.</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between the organization and key suppliers to enhance collaboration, improve service-level agreements (SLAs), and resolve critical issues.</li>
<li>Drive product enhancements and innovation by identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive market dynamics.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of how a transaction flow works to ensure successful integration.</li>
<li>Ability to conduct product training for internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Propose and implement strategies to enhance product features, user experience, and operational workflows.</li>
