Job Description
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities with a user-centric, design-led approach, aligned with ParcelDaily’s business, growth, and operational needs.
- Gather, analyse, and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating them into clear product strategies, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and manage the UI/UX function, including design standards, design systems, and end-to-end user experience across customer-facing platforms and internal tools.
- Drive user research, usability testing, and persona development, continuously optimising key workflows such as shipment creation, parcel tracking, issue resolution, and reporting.
- Own backlog prioritization, release planning, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation.
- Facilitate Agile delivery, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, providing clear communication, updates, and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, UI/UX, operations, marketing, customer support) to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.
- Identify potential product risks and dependencies, define mitigation strategies, and ensure minimal impact on timelines and performance.
- Support issue resolution by working with IT and support teams to address, escalate, and resolve product incidents in a timely manner.
- Define, track, and analyse product and UX KPIs, using data and insights to validate decisions, monitor post-release performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, UX-focused Product roles, or UX leadership
- Strong background in UI/UX design, user research, and interaction design
- Proven experience leading and managing a UI/UX team
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum product development
- Experience working with SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based products
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
Nice to Have - Experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier, or supply chain platforms
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD)
- Experience working with API-driven or integration-heavy systems
