Job Description

You will support the marketing team in driving brand visibility, social media growth, affiliate partnerships, and content creation across multiple platforms. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who loves digital content, trends, and building communities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

•  Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content as assigned.
•  Track daily performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
•  Research trends, viral content styles, and competitor activities.

Content Creation & Copywriting

•  Produce short-form videos, product highlights, captions, and simple graphics.
•  Repurpose long-form content into shorts, reels, and carousel posts.
•  Help maintain brand consistency in tone and visuals.

Affiliate & KOL Coordination

• Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliates/KOLs.
• Track affiliate performance, sales, and payout reports.
• Prepare briefs, follow-ups, and communication with partners.

Campaign Support

• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Prepare campaign assets and content calendars.
• Coordinate giveaways, UGC sourcing, and social activations.

Reporting & Optimization

• Compile weekly performance reports for social and affiliate channels.
• Highlight insights, what works, and propose improvements.
• Assist with A/B testing for content and messaging.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or any editing tools.
• Good communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
• Creative, organized, proactive and willing to learn fast.
• Able to commit for a minimum 3 months of internship
