The ideal candidate should have a strong enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, coupled with outstanding customer service abilities. The CSR plays a crucial role in providing top-notch customer support and building positive relationships with both members and visitors of the fitness center.&nbsp;

Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Welcome and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.</li>
<li>Effectively address complaints and resolve issues to guarantee member satisfaction.</li>
<li>Encourage and sell membership packages, personal training sessions, and fitness programs.</li>
<li>Keep an updated record of current members and potential clients.</li>
<li>Provide details about fitness center amenities, classes, and events.</li>
<li>Assist with the onboarding, renewal, and cancellation of memberships.</li>
<li>Follow up with both new and existing members to promote engagement and retention.</li>
<li>Work alongside the marketing team to implement promotional initiatives.</li>
<li>Collect customer feedback and recommend enhancements to improve service quality.</li>
<li>Oversee the cleanliness and functionality of front desk and lounge areas.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.</li>
</ul>
