Our yoga classes come in a variety of styles, catering to all levels — from beginners taking their first step on the mat to advanced practitioners refining their flow. Our instructors are known for their subtle cueing, intelligent sequencing, and mindful adjustments that help you move safely with the right form and alignment.
Our signature Reformer Pilates method is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to activate fat-burning muscle fibres and build long, lean strength. Expect to sweat, burn, and shake your way to a whole new body.

Responsibilities:

<li>Perform Front Desk duties at assigned studio locations as scheduled.</li>
<li>Open or close the studio as required.</li>
<li>Greet and check in clients as they arrive for classes.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, calls, and messages.</li>
<li>Manage client account enquiries and assist with membership or class-related matters.</li>
<li>Ensure the Yoga and Pilates studio rooms and common areas are kept clean, sanitized, neat, and tidy in between classes — maintaining an immaculate environment at all times.</li>
<li>Perform hands-on cleaning duties daily to uphold studio hygiene and presentation standards.</li>
<li>Oversee studio maintenance, both proactively and when issues arise.</li>
<li>Replenish inventory items and consumables in the studio.</li>
<li>Follow up daily with clients on private sales and membership enquiries.</li>
<li>Review and respond to incoming sales forms, messages, and client requests.</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable about our programs, packages, and products to provide accurate recommendations and promote sales to clients.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service to help improve client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.</li>
<li>Recommend suitable classes to students based on their goals and schedules, answer questions, and offer guidance and support.</li>
<li>Complete all required paperwork and reports on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Resolve customer service issues according to company policies and studio FAQs.</li>
<li>Welcome all visitors according to The Flow Studio’s customer service standards and answer calls promptly and courteously.</li>
<li>Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and maintain professionalism at all times.</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.</li>
