Key Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Manual Testing &amp; Verification</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Understand business and technical requirements for different modules or systems.</li>
<li>Review feature requirements, design documents, and user stories to create accurate, detailed test scenarios.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Execute manual test cases and scenarios across various environments (web apps, APIs, desktop apps, backend systems).</li>
<li>Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.</li>
<li>Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and non-obvious bugs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Validate fixes after bugs are resolved and perform re-testing as needed.</li>
</ul>

2. Test Documentation&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Document test cases with clear steps, expected results, and actual outcomes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a well-organized repository of test cases and update them as requirements evolve.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Log defects in a detailed and reproducible manner using issue tracking tools.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and update test summary reports after each testing cycle.</li>
</ul>
3. Collaboration with Teams&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Coordinate closely with developers and project managers to report issues and clarify functionalities</li>
<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate test progress, test results, and any product risks or issues to the Project Manager.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in gathering feedback from users or stakeholders to improve testing coverage.</li>
</ul>
4. Quality Monitoring&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Conduct smoke and sanity tests after code deployment to ensure system stability.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring application logs and basic system performance indicators to identify anomalies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) preparation and help gather feedback from end users.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify software compatibility across different devices, OS, and environments (if applicable).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
5. Introduction to Automation Testing (Progressive Learning)&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Shadow QA Engineers to learn basic scripting and automation concepts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Explore automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman for simple test execution.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Run existing automated test scripts and help identify failed tests or flaky results.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Document findings from automation runs and participate in maintaining automation test suites.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute to writing or updating low-complexity automation scripts under supervision.</li>
</ul>
6. Additional Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Able to handle two or three projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update tasks and testing progress regularly in project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.</li>
<li>Have a clear understanding of the objectives, scope, and requirements of each assigned project.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in data migration validation to ensure data integrity and correctness posttransfer.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support and perform system quality testing including stress tests, security tests, authentication tests, and functional tests.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute to frontend and backend development tasks when required, especially for bug fixing or minor feature enhancements.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
