<li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence</li>
<li>Assist in managing executives’ calendars, appointments, meetings or any ad hoc requests.</li>
<li>Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.</li>
<li>Follow up on action items and deadlines assigned by executives</li>
<li>Support executives in travel arrangements, claims, and reimbursements</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams and external parties on behalf of executives</li>
<li>Track task progress and provide status updates to management</li>
</ul>
