Role Overview
As the AI/ML Product Manager at TROOPERS, you will be at the forefront of transforming the frontline workforce and gig economy through the power of data-driven innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally to build and scale AI/ML solutions that enhance platform efficiency, talent-job matching, automation, and analytics. This role bridges strategic planning with technical execution, leveraging TROOPERS’ proprietary technology and regional scale to create a measurable impact aligned with our core values—Accountability, Legitimacy, and Transparency.
Key Responsibilities
● Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, aligning with business and operational goals across regions.
● Solution Development: Work with data product managers and web/app engineers to develop algorithms, automation scripts, and predictive models that improve decision-making and user experiences.
● End-to-End Ownership: Drive initiatives from ideation to launch, including business requirements, high-level feasibility assessments, UAT, and post-launch metric monitoring.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Validate ideas with internal user reps (e.g., client, talent, recruiter), ensure alignment with technical, design, and business teams, and guide integration into web and app platforms.
● 3–5 years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on AI/ML or data products.
● Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and model deployment lifecycle.
● Proven ability to write AI/ML product specs, quantify success metrics, and run UAT processes.
● Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams. Nice to Have
● Experience with frontline workforce platforms, HR tech, or gig economy ecosystems.
● Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, MLFlow, or dashboarding frameworks like Looker Studio.
● Exposure to ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance practices.
● Prior experience in high-growth startups or cross-country product rollouts.
