Our Business

<li>To be the liaison person between the Project Managers, contractors and suppliers.</li>
<li>Coordinate and attend meeting to record and prepare meeting minutes with vendors.</li>
<li>Assist in the tracking and documenting of Project documentation for the department.</li>
<li>Follow up on correspondence and outstanding requests for resolution.</li>
<li>To follow up on circulation and signatory of memo, letters, correspondences, sign-off etc.</li>
<li>To assist with project management duties - oversee and perform administrative functions concerns with a project, update project calendar, call contractors, consultants and relevant parties for the projects.</li>
<li>Facilitate and coordinate tendering activities - Preparation of tender documents.</li>
<li>To manage department's day-to-day activities and provide general administrative support (e.g. coordinate department's events, meetings, communications, handle information requests, etc).</li>
<li>To handle general office administrative works such as upkeep of department's facilities/equipment/stationeries to ensure availability as and when needed and maintain a proper filing system.</li>
<li>To perform administrative tasks - maintain information files, process paperwork, prepare reports, retrieve reference materials and documents, updates department's databases, lists and files to ensure completeness and accuracy.</li>
<li>To assist department's in managing calendars, making travel, meeting &amp; event arrangement.</li>
<li>To be the liaison person and coordinator of the department with other departments within the organization.</li>
<li>Assist in verification of claims for the department - medical, entertainment, travelling, etc.</li>
<li>To implement all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.</li>
<li>Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.</li>
</ul>
