Job Description:

• To assist in preparation daily accounting works, handling general admin duties.
• To assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
• Maintain proper record keeping, filing, documentation and correspondences.
• To key in supplier invoices, issue payment, issue official receipt and credit note.
• To assist in ad-hoc accounting and/or finance assignments.

General:

• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

• Students pursuing their Bachelor/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive and self-driven, with strong initiative, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
