TrueMoney, an international fintech brand under Ascend Money backed by CP Group, Ant Financial and MUFG, is expanding across Southeast Asia. The Social Media Content Creator Intern will assist the Marketing Manager for at least 3 months, supporting social media content planning, campaign execution and performance analysis to gain hands-on marketing experience in fintech.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly social media posts, campaigns, and promotions (in Facebook, Instagram & Threads)
• Analyses social media performance (engagement, reach, impressions) and report on results for social media campaign improvement.
• Responsible for day-to-day social media account matters.
• Provide marketing support functions to the company.
• Collaborate with media agencies to create integrated campaigns.
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and platforms to implement the best practices.
• Create attractive and engaging content for your Audience (written and video format)
• Assist in managing and launching new campaigns on social media platforms
• To execute ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Communications/PR/Media/Marketing equivalent - related studies
• Excellent written & spoken English communication skills are required
• Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Photography and videography skills will be a valuable bonus
• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
