Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the company’s full set of accounts and financial operations, including cash flow, reporting, receivables, payables, and general ledger. It also covers daily treasury activities, petty cash, employee claims, and budget control, while supporting inventory and purchasing processes. The position requires flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, cash flow projection, and management reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• Oversee daily collections, treasury, and banking activities.
• Administer petty cash and process employee claims.
• Monitor inventory, sales orders, purchasing, and budget control.
• Support management with ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
