What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments
• Conduct follow-ups with clients on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment terms
• Reconciled account statements and maintained accurate records
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve any credit-related issues
• Assist in the preparation of collection reports and provide updates to management
• Contribute to the implementation of effective credit control policies and procedures

Job Requirements

•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a credit management or collection role, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
