What you'll be doing

<li>Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments</li>
<li>Conduct follow-ups with clients on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment terms</li>
<li>Reconciled account statements and maintained accurate records</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve any credit-related issues</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of collection reports and provide updates to management</li>
<li>Contribute to the implementation of effective credit control policies and procedures</li>
