Job Description

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
   
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
   
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
   
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
   
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
   
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
   
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders as needed.
   
• Assist with internal audits and implement recommended improvements.
   
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
   
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
   
• Basic understanding of financial principles.
   
• Familiarity with MS Excel and willingness to learn finance software.
   
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
   
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance role.
   
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
