Job Description

 Client Management & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture
  • Advise clients on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring strategies
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Negotiate recruitment terms and fees with clients

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess suitability
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Prepare and brief candidates prior to client interviews

Recruitment & Placement

  • Shortlist and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Manage offer processes, including salary negotiation and acceptance
  • Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure successful placement and onboarding

Relationship Management & Aftercare

  • Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates and clients
  • Handle candidate dropouts, counter-offers, and replacement cases when required
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
  • Experience in recruitment or sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
