Candidate Sourcing &amp; Screening

<li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess suitability</li>
<li>Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit</li>
<li>Prepare and brief candidates prior to client interviews</li>

Recruitment &amp; Placement

<li>Shortlist and present qualified candidates to clients</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients</li>
<li>Manage offer processes, including salary negotiation and acceptance</li>
<li>Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process</li>
<li>Ensure successful placement and onboarding</li>
