JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Understand client's business and hiring need.</li>
<li>Sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates based on client's requirements.</li>
<li>Provide excellent service to clients and candidates.</li>
<li>Negotiating job offers and managing the hiring process until successful placement.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Cold calling, develop new businesses and secure repeated assignments from existing clients.</li>
<li>Achieving weekly KPI and monthly hiring target.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
