Job Description

• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing and affiliate marketing. 
• Create and optimize engaging content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, XHS etc), ensuring it aligns with branding and SEO best practices. 
• Manage and build the company's social media presence, engage with followers, and monitor brand reputation.
• Identifying suitable influencers across platforms, negotiating partnerships, coordinating content creation, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.  
• Work closely with multimedia designers for any preparation and roll out of digital creative assets.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 

Job Requirements

• Possesses at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent. 
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in social media marketing management. 
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media management tools.  
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts and campaigns (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
• Team player, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Malay & Chinese.
