<h2 class="job-details__description-header text-color-secondary font-family-secondary" data-bind="i18n: 'job-details.job-description-title'">Job Description</h2>  <div class="job-details__description-content basic-formatter" data-bind="html: pageData().job.description">Job Responsibilties: <ul> <li>Records, monitors and distributes service work (SW) and service request (SR) to subordinates and contract staff (contract vendors) under its control as stated in SOP MCS (management controls system).&nbsp;</li> <li>Records and ensure EOD for all electrical plant (HT/LV) related to electrical main switch board (MSB) in the Plan Room is taken by the staff on duty and updated into the ASIS as per daily log sheet.</li> <li>Carry out repair work according to Schedule / Unscheduled Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise and carry out "Testing &amp; Commissioning" and update status Asset Register Form.</li> <li>Inspect, monitor, read and record the power consumption power consumption of each HT intake, MSB and SMSB and inform Head of Unit (Electrical Engineer) / head of FEMS if there is an oddity in the system</li> <li>Operate or commence operations such as M &amp; E plant chiller, generator sets and pump motor</li> <li>Request order of goods in accordance with SW / SR requirements, monitor progress of works done by the vendors and verify invoices for the payment process for the work done by vendors.</li> <li>Assist and provide technical feedback to Electrical Engineer / FHE / FM for maintenance work requiring vendor expertise and monitoring the work done and create good relationship with TNB.</li> <li>Ensure that the electrical plant / switch room / maintenance equipment is in good condition and safe according to the work safety act.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Job Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Certificate specialised in Electrical installation</li> <li>At least 4&nbsp;- 6 Year(s)&nbsp;of working experience in the related field is required for this position</li> <li>At least certificate Chargeman grade BO</li> <li>Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.</li> </ul></div>
