We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Associates to join Johor team as Full-Time employee. As a UNIQLO Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience. You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish necessarily.</li>
<li>Greet customers with a smile and offer basket. Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them. Be our product specialist.</li>
<li>Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check and ask superior when in doubt.</li>
<li>Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.</li>
<li>Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player and respect space of one another. No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings of others.</li>
</ul>
