We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Management Executive to join our team. This role involves executing confirmed projects and coordinating with vendors, operators, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of events. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.

<li>Project Execution: Oversee the execution of confirmed events and projects, ensuring all deliverables are met. Manage event schedules, timelines, and checklists to stay on track with deadlines. </li>
<li>Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and operators to arrange logistics, equipment, and other event requirements. Ensure timely delivery of services and materials from third parties. </li>
<li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align on event details. Provide updates on event progress and address any issues promptly. </li>
<li>On-Site Management: Supervise on-site activities to ensure smooth execution during events. Handle last-minute changes and resolve any challenges that arise during the event. </li>
<li>Budget and Documentation: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency. Maintain accurate records and reports for each event.</li>
